A thrift store collection app design provides a more pleasant, seamless recycling and donation service for thrift stores and customers in Canada.

Over the past few years, stepping back from meaningless things has become popular. The best places to simplify their lives are thrift stores and non-profit organizations. Alternatively, they can end up in the garbage. As a volunteer at a thrift store, I helped resell tons of textiles and donate them to BC Childeren and Women hospital.

Thrift stores may not accept all clothes for resale, creating friction between customers and thrift stores. I will use emerging technology and UX design thinking and processes to help thrift stores increase the rate at which clothes are recycled.
